Recently I found this little cupboard at a yard sale for $15. When I opened it up and saw all of the little cubby holes, I couldn't resist buying it.I dug around in my scrapbooking papers and found these paisleys in different colors to cover the back of the cupboard.
The little cubbies are perfect for displaying some of my small collectibles.
Here are little pumpkins with a Fall-themed plate and a couple of my antique Thanksgiving postcards.
I also like my small collection of antique doll dishes in the cupboard.

I have an idea! You need to go back and get three or four more cupboards! LOL
ReplyDeleteSeriously, it is a super find and you've done a good job of making it look great.
OH NO!! You're going to need to find 3 more cabinets so you can display it all!!! I don't know how you're going to choose just one of those lovely displays. I really like the craft paper in the back. I think that idea works beautifully.
ReplyDeleteGreat find girl and the craft paper background is so neat! I have always loved miniatures and you have some great displays there..love the old cards and those thimbles...ohhhh what treasures girl! Thanks for coming by and I hope you have a beautiful weekend sweetie!
ReplyDeleteI thought it was adorable with the door closed, but once you decorated it and displayed your different collectibles it entered a whole other realm...You can rotate your treasures ever month or so and it will stay a favorite focal point wherever you hang it.
