TREASURES

I have a few pieces of white ironstone handed down to me from my family. But, until now, I've avoided buying any more. Then, I found this W. H. Grindley platter at a yard sale for $2.00. Now, I'm smitten. Does this mean the start of a new collectible?
It has a charming rope detail around the edge, and is in perfect condition.

I'm off on a trip to seek more treasures and experience more of life out in the world. Can you guess where one of my destinations is?

I'll be back to blogland in about three weeks.
