I hope you all had a joyous and bountiful Thanksgiving. I know I'm stuffed! And as soon as I finish attacking this mess, it will be time to start the Christmas decorating.
The first thing I usually do is get out our Hummel nativity scene to remind us the reason for all of the Christmas hoopla.
HI Dear Sally! Oh, what a lovely Nativity and you're so right! Jesus is the reason and we have so much to thank him for this year! Hope your Thanksgiving was wonderful. We had a quiet one and I'm trying to take down my Fallness today. Be a sweetie, Shelia ;)
I love that nativity set you have. It's good to focus on the birth. In fact, this year, all I'm planning on doing after I move, is to hang a wreath on my door and get out my favorite nativity set to display. I'm not even having a tree!
This is funny. The nativity set is usually the last thing I unpack ! When I was little we always waited with little Jesus until Christmas night because he wasn't born yet before that.
